Office Based (Vaughan, ON)
$80,000 - $82,500
The Company
A leading Real Estate management and development company, successfully operating in the Ontario market for many years, has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Property Accountant.
The Role
Working closely with the Controller, you will perform full cycle Accounting duties for a portfolio of Commercial properties. As an all-rounder you will be working on a wide range of duties such as preparing financial reports, maintaining records of company assets, working with external auditors.
What You\'ll Need To Succeed
The client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Accountant who has the knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management, as well as an understanding of relevant federal, provincial and municipal reporting requirements.
Software experience include Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
