What this job involves:
JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to various clients across Western Canada. You will be leading day to day project management activities for major capital projects across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Mult-family, and Institutional. The position entails working with a diverse group of Client/Internal and External project Stakeholders at all levels of their organizations, and the successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse and demanding workload. The selected candidate is expected to deliver senior level project management supervision over assigned client projects, provide superior client service, contribute to the growth of JLL, and enhance their own professional and personal skills.
What your day-to-day will look like:

• Project Delivery & Oversight - Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations while managing multiple concurrent projects across various development phases
• Stakeholder Coordination - Manage and coordinate large, diverse project teams including owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and regulatory authorities
• Financial & Schedule Management - Maintain detailed financial tracking, schedule management, and comprehensive project reporting using client-specific platforms and processes
• Communication & Documentation - Lead project meetings, distribute minutes, proactively communicate project status, and document risks with mitigation strategies
• Team Leadership & Development - Foster accountability, excellence, and collaboration while supervising, mentoring, and supporting team members
• Relationship Building - Cultivate business relationships with clients, JLL peers, vendors, and stakeholders to build trust and expand network connections
• Strategic Growth & Positioning - Network strategically to position JLL as a project management leader while securing contract renewals and repeat business
• Problem-Solving & Performance - Proactively troubleshoot issues, track performance indicators, and negotiate contractor accountability to c0ntracted services

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Owner's Representative Project Management (consulting) experience
• Led major capital projects of $2M+ from inception to completion without supervision
• Team leadership and mentorship skills
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills and solution development
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Expert verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to drive consistency in a team or on a project
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project
• Scheduling, estimating, cost control experience
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Travel as needed per project

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Planning, Engineering, and/or Construction Science
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or other recognized designation in Sustainability
• Lease and transaction negotiation knowledge

Estimated compensation for this position:
120,000.00 - 150,000.00 CAD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
