Summary

Are you looking to add strategic value and be a key agent of change for the business? We are looking for an experienced project manager with an engineering background to lead the execution of STEMCELL\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s strategic infrastructure expansion projects in Canada and abroad.

As Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Projects, you will work with many teams across the company, as well as a range of external parties, to ensure delivery of complex facilities on scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate has worked for construction/engineering firms and/or in regulated environments industries. Experience in managing projects abroad is a plus.



Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, senior management, and other internal and external stakeholders to align on project priority

Employ leadership skills to engage with subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure relevant project and design information is captured in project documentation and considered during the project lifecycle

Manage the overall project delivery through all stages from initiation to closeout, ensuring the approved project scope is delivered on time and within budget

Work collaboratively with other team members to identify and analyze project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and produce and control project timelines

Present project updates to Senior Managers and Executives on a weekly and monthly basis

Qualifications

Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineer

PMP or P.Eng Certification are assets\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82

15 to 20 years experience in project management, ideally in highly regulated environments or construction/ engineering firms

Proven experience building strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels

Global Project Management experience is a very nice to have
