As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the proposal, implementation, and analysis of customer-facing and internal projects. You will be responsible for overseeing 5 - 7 projects at any given time, and following an industry standard governance model and communication plan on overall progress. You will quickly identify risks, vulnerabilities, and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned projects to successful completion, communicate project objectives to all team members involved, troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects and devise remedial solutions
• Proactively manage project stakeholders\' expectations and communicate accordingly.
• Provide project cross-functional resources including third parties participants with feedback, encouragement, and advice
• Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs and communicate resource allocation clearly with TI resource managers
• Host project control meetings per agreed cadence both internally and externally
• Continuous control and refinement of the project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility
• Take a risk-managed approach to sustainment/ refresh initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of IT Cloud services, Legacy IT services, and cybersecurity services as well as a good understanding of converged telecommunications solutions as related to wireless/wireline data, voice, IP
• Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies, principles, and practices such as Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and VMWare.
• 5+ years\' experience in software development or design with a knowledge of application and infrastructure architectures.
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience and/or project management of a major, complex engagement.
• Ability to gather and understand client requirements to drive cross-functional resources to enable the delivery of client needs
• Proven experience in executing and delivering on objectives; previous experience managing change orders and risk management is a must.
• Comfortable interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams to negotiate, communicate, and influence to meet project needs.
• Strong analytical skills to seek creative and innovative ways to deliver client solutions
• Mastered working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Outlook; Google workspace
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and be willing to travel.

Education/Certifications

• PMP/Prince2 Certification.
• ITIL v3 Certification.
• Bachelor\'s degree in a computer- or business-related discipline required (Master\'s degree preferred)
