We also look for opportunities to generate commercial revenue through a focus on targeted business development initiatives, to support our initiatives and the needs of UHN and its patients.This role will focus on a variety of initiatives, including driving external expansion of UHN\'s tele-monitoring program, which is utilized at all UHN hospital sites and has demonstrated improvement to key indicators associated with patient safety, as well as realize significant budgetary savings for the organization. There is considerable potential for UHN to bring its tele-monitoring innovation to hospitals and other health sectors (e.g. Long-Term Care) throughout the province, country, and across the globe.Please note that this is a hybrid on-site/remote work role.Union: Non-Union

Closing Date: May 3, 2024Reporting to the Director, Business Development and Partnerships, the Senior Project Manager is a key member of our leadership team that can listen, collaborate, connect the dots, and build trust in a team. They are able to think strategically, act practically and implement judiciously all while building commitment to a collective goal.This dynamic and growth-oriented leadership role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent initiatives that are complex and span across the continuum of care locally at UHN, provincially and/or internationally. It also involves working with multiple organizations and engaging different levels of leadership across numerous healthcare sectors. Critical to this role is the ability to apply a health system lens to bring multiple sectors together to design and implement solutions that positively impact health systems. This role has an initial primary focus on external growth of UHN\'s Tele-Monitoring program, as well as select international business initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
