Limelight is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team!

Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, you will be working with a team of Data Analytics Consultants, FP&A Performance Consultants, and Solutions Architects in our matrix environment to ensure the configuration of Limelight is highly adopted by our customers and incorporates best practices. super exceed clients' expectations. Our customers are CFOs, Controllers, VP of Finance, and finance users, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for translating their requirements to the team to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Develop project plans and timelines
  • Coordinate internal resources
  • Gather and document requirements
  • Lead design solution meetings
  • Communicate and translate requirements to solutions team for optimal setup
  • Oversee and test the solution
  • Perform risk management
  • Ensure budget and scope are maintained
  • Manage project resources
  • Provide internal and external project status reports
  • Manage scope and ensure applicable change management
  • Manage and oversee project documentation
  • Approve weekly time entry, against budget
  • Conduct internal and external project meetings
  • Update internal project tracking systems to ensure real-time reporting
  • Drive key decisions across projects
Team-related
  • Coordinate your team throughout all implementation phases
  • Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
  • Manage large and diverse teams and projects simultaneously
  • Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings
  • Meet with individual team members to find and fix any issues
  • Provide fellow team members with mentorship and support, enhancing best practices and skills
  • Foster a culture based on accountability
Customer-oriented
  • Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders (clients, sponsors, executives, etc.)
  • Coordinate and lead Requirements Gathering sessions
  • Organize and participate in client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and business needs
  • Conduct Quality Checks on the configuration of the solution
  • Manage client relationships
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of project management experience including:
  • Experience managing ERP Implementation projects particularly with mid-range ERP solutions such as Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Netsuite or similar.
  • A thorough understanding and proven experience in project management principles

  • Exceptional relationship management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • A proven track record of excelling in a fast-past, results-oriented environment with changing priorities and multiple goals
  • A proactive and self-motivated work ethic
  • Advanced understanding of FP&A modeling
  • Past or current experience working at a large consulting firm is an asset
  • Experience managing the testing and UAT aspects of a project lifecycle
