Job Description
ESW Building Services Inc. is seeking a
Senior Estimator
to join our construction team. This role is key in ensuring accurate project pricing, cost management, and successful project delivery.Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed construction estimates including labor, materials, and overhead. Use software tools such as
HeavyBid
andBluebeam
for precise estimates and documentation. Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project scope and requirements. Analyze blueprints and specifications to develop comprehensive bids. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing. Support clients and stakeholders during the bidding process. Review contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong project portfolio. Proficiency in
HeavyBid
andBluebeam
preferred. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.Why Join ESW:
