Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator - ICI for an industry leading Canadian client. This is a hybrid position with 2 days at home and 3 days in office. The base salary range is 85-100k plus profit sharing, employee shares, benefits, vacation and RRSP matching. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare the project baseline schedule
• Update the schedule as required
• Meet project timelines and deliverables
• Schedule and expedite materials
• Prepare, track, and process shop drawings, RFIs, and SIs.
• Record, track, and process all construction drawings.
• Make contract revisions
• Reconcile accounts
• Assist in preparing budget reports, monthly Project Cost Reports, cash-flow, and progress billings.
• Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
• Manage documentation for the close out process.
• Monitor and provide feedback on subtrade performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and develop solutions to complex issues.
• Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks.

• Engineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of construction experience of equivalent.
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction
• Commitment to a strong safety culture
• Gold Seal Certified is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of or experience with Suretrak, Primavera P3 or P6, E-Builder Project Management Software, Procore, and BIM software knowledge is an asset.
