As our Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting on capital project coordination and aid with logistics coordination with camp and travel supporting the Camp & Travel Coordinator. You will report directly to the Project Manager.

Keno Hill, is one of the highest-grade silver districts in the world, is situated 350 kilometres north of Whitehorse, and lies within the traditional territory of the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyak Dun. It comprises 242 square kilometres (km2) with numerous mineral deposits and more than 35 historical past-producing mine sites. Keno Hill is expected to produce 2.7-3.1 million ounces of silver in 2025 as the mine ramps up production.

Here's what you can expect in this role:

Assist with preparation and execution of overall capital projects work plan and schedule.
Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project budgets, monitor expenditures, and suggest cost-saving measures.
Assist in managing project progress data and report on cost performance and schedule performance to baselines. Compare percentage completion to date and costs for each work section to predict potential cost over runs and/or under runs as applicable.
Assist with contractors, checking compliance with safety protocols, overall work quality and daily reports on work progress compared to schedule.
Detailed tracking and reporting of all capital projects.
Prepare weekly capital project productivity reports.
Identifying needs and deficiencies in the plan/schedule and communicating these to the appropriate persons.
Coordinating work with other project groups to identify needs and requirements along with interfacing with other contractors and the client.
Ensure the camp follows all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Coordinate and assist the Camp & Travel Coordinator as required with the allocation of accommodations, keeping accurate records, and ensuring efficient room assignments and check-in/check-out processes.
Support the Camp & Travel Coordinator in ensuring the camp cleanliness and food quality.
Support in the implementation of camp policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
==================
Relevant change management and project experience, with industrial knowledge and education.
5 years of experience, preferably in the mining sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be motivated and organized.

Pre-employment Requirements:

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Work Location & Schedule
This is a fly-in fly-out position based at a remote mining camp, operating on a rotational schedule of
14 days on and 14 days off
. Camp accommodations and meals are provided while on site. All travel to and from the mine site is arranged through a designated travel agency and coordinated from approved flight hubs.
To ensure efficient travel logistics,
we are primarily seeking candidates who reside in the Yukon, British Columbia, and Alberta, particularly near major transportation centers within these regions.
