Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Coordinator

to support and oversee commercial electrical projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination within the electrical contracting industry, with proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools for design and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all phases of commercial electrical projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Prepare and track shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation throughout the project life cycle. Assist with procurement by evaluating vendor quotes to identify the most cost-effective solutions. Coordinate material tracking, supplier communications, and delivery schedules to support project timelines. Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with contract documents and company standards. Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software to support electrical design layouts, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in project coordination within the

electrical contracting or construction industry

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit,

and other BIM-related software. Solid understanding of

commercial electrical systems

, construction processes, and project life cycles. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
