THE OPPORTUNITY As our Senior Program Marketing Coordinator, you\'ll have a dynamic role that encompasses both marketing and customer support. You\'ll be responsible for handling inbound customer service and care, providing helpful and informative guidance to prospective TEFL students, and assisting with sales acquisition and conversion targets for our TEFL courses. Additionally, you\'ll work with our Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns for our teaching certification programs (TEFL and TCP). You\'ll serve as a point of contact for TEFL student inquiries via phone, email, chat, and our ticketing software, providing helpful guidance to ensure prospective students have all the information they need to register for the TEFL courses. As a TEFL expert, you\'ll continue to support students throughout their learning journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and become advocates for the TEFL courses. You\'ll also be responsible for preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders and managing course administration to ensure student success. In addition to your student-facing responsibilities, you\'ll work closely with the Global Marketing Lead and Growth Marketing Lead to implement marketing strategies to generate interest in our teacher certification programs (TCP/TEFL) and ultimately drive enrollment growth. Collaborating with the marketing team, you\'ll execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and other tactics, to drive awareness and interest in our online learning programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing - 50%:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies to support and generate interest in TCP/TEFL and grow enrollment
  • Execute promotions and design marketing materials such as banners, ad copy/creative, and emails
  • Maintain websites and landing pages, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels
  • Assist in event management and develop collateral materials for TCP and TEFL
  • Create and manage email campaigns and webinars to drive TEFL growth
  • Analyze marketing data and provide insights to inform future marketing decisions
Administration / Customer Support & Sales - 50%:
  • Performing day-to-day operations that make our courses so successful and result in happy, well-trained teachers ready to embark on their next life adventure
  • Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat to provide course advice and support program conversion
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and guide potential students to the best-suited course, including consultation calls to discuss the TEFL program with interested students
  • Utilize the Service Hub from HubSpot to provide customer service support and manage the Help Center
  • Coordinate and attend events as part of the program\'s marketing strategy
  • Work with the course coordinator and senior management to set enrollment targets and maintain KPIs and objectives
  • Support TEFL growth through effective use of marketing tools and approve refunds when needed
  • Maintain relationships with program partners and affiliates, approve affiliate payments, and provide quarterly payment reports to key partners
ABOUT YOU: \xe2\x97\x8f You live in the Greater Toronto Area
\xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing/customer support role

\xe2\x97\x8f You are familiar with Shopify and a proven track record of success
\xe2\x97\x8f You have experience in the digital learning space
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any subject
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus points if you are also\xe2\x80\xa6 \xe2\x97\x8f TEFL certified!
