The Opportunity:

The mandate of the Marketing Coordinator is to support the execution of marketing campaigns. The coordinator works closely with the Senior Program Manager, Marketing Communications

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives on time and on budget, ensuring smooth deployment into the market.
  • Coordinate the execution of digital/web initiatives on time and on budget, ensuring smooth deployment into the market.
  • Support the execution of internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of our social media tactics, including LinkedIn and Facebook calendars.
  • Builds relationships with other management stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and business unit.
  • Design and deploy email marketing initiatives
The Requirements Needed:
  • Understanding of the mortgage industry
  • Strong business-to-business marketing experience working directly with the sales organization
  • Bachelor degree or college diploma in marketing, marketing communications or advertising
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and computer skills, coupled with strong organization and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing communications planning and tactical execution with attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office with exposure to relevant graphic packages
  • Exposure to sales and marketing automation platforms, preferably MailChimp.
