Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Governance
+ Lead the full project and software development lifecycle (SDLC) across multiple workstreams.
+ Establish and enforce governance frameworks, system monitors, and controls to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
+ Align program objectives with organizational goals and executive leadership priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
+ Communicate program status, risks, and milestones effectively at the executive level.
+ Facilitate decision-making and ensure transparency across all levels of the organization.
Team Management & Coordination
+ Supervise cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and engineers.
+ Ensure resource allocation, task prioritization, and performance tracking are aligned with strategic goals.
+ Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
Strategic Planning & Execution
+ Translate business objectives into actionable program plans and roadmaps.
+ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for program activities.

Qualifications:
Minimum
7+ years
of experience in program or project management within IT, cloud, or software architecture domains.
Proven track record of managing
large-scale, strategic initiatives
with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of
cloud platforms

enterprise software architecture
.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies is a plus.
