As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sage X3, you'll define and deliver the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Sage's ERP solution in the manufacturing and distribution industries - with a focus on add-ons and integrations across the broader Sage suite. This is a global role, with the majority of your work (around 80%) focused on the U.S. market. You'll translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated stories, guide launch and growth plans, and enable sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management.
- Background in ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, or SaaS software.
- Strong ability to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex products.
- Experience developing pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability.
- Skilled at creating clear, compelling presentations and sales enablement materials.
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and large audiences.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives and tight deadlines.
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning

- Support the launch and growth of complementary Sage solutions such as Sage Supply Chain Intelligence and Sage Copilot.
- Create impactful presentations and sales training materials to equip sales teams and communicate Sage X3's value to internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams on industry-specific campaigns that drive awareness and demand.
- Act as an ambassador for Sage X3 in the market, contributing to thought leadership and building relationships with partners and industry stakeholders.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$140,000 to C$160,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (20%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
