What The Role Looks Like

As a Senior Product Manager (UX), you will be responsible for the user experience of all products, with a focus on client facing products and services.

A day in the life of this position includes:

  • Setting the vision for the core user experience of FlexPay user products across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Conducting market research and user surveys to develop a clear understanding of the user journey and user needs to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Using a systematic approach to drive user growth, retention, and engagement, justified by data and insights.
  • Defining UX guidelines, information architecture and wireframes, collaborating with various departments for adoption.
  • Defining key UX metrics, monitoring product usage and user feedback and proactively taking action to bolster and improve both.
  • Collaborating with development leads to ensure all product requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Coordinating product releases with internal marketing, sales, and development teams.
  • Planning and executing product optimization enhancements through A/B testing.
  • Developing and communicating detailed product requirements and launch plans, ensuring the development has all required information to deliver the product.
  • Defining success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance.
Who We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

You are an experienced Senior Product Manager, with a focus on User Experience and solid experience managing SaaS based products through their lifecycle, from conception through end-of-life. You thrive when given the autonomy to have a substantial impact on a company\xe2\x80\x99s performance, in an environment of smart, driven, and competent colleagues. You long for work that is creative and challenging.

You dive head into your work, becoming an expert in the realm you are working within to understand the business, competitive landscape, and customers.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in consumer facing product user experience management.
  • Track record of providing data driven UX improvements to consumer products on both web and mobile platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in playing a key role in the product development process, from concept to launch.
  • A keen understanding of what makes a great user experience.
  • Experience in FinTech an asset.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in design & interaction or a related field preferred by not required.
  • An analytical, strategic, and metrics-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Ability to successfully multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong team player, with experience working as part of a cross functional team.
  • Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred.
