Within Global Supplier Technology (GST), the Supplier Advertising team, owns the strategy, design, engineering, go to market, and analytics of Wayfair\'s Advertising offerings, a key part of Wayfair\'s growth trajectory.

This role is responsible for the supplier-facing experience and underlying services helping suppliers understand and maximize the value of their advertising campaigns. At Wayfair, Advertising empowers suppliers to boost visibility of their products and brands on our platform. One of the biggest growth drivers for advertising will be enabling tens of thousands of suppliers to set up and run effective campaigns regardless of their prior advertising know-how. This Senior Product Manager will lead our efforts to help suppliers measure and understand their campaign performance to optimize their advertising spend.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Supplier Advertising team, you will partner with business, finance, analytics / data science, experience design, and peer teams within Advertising to drive the supplier experience agenda. This is a highly visible role on a highly visible team where you will collaborate with leaders from across Global Supplier Technology and across Wayfair.

What You\'ll Do:

  • Define the vision for our supplier-facing experience that will help suppliers efficiently manage their advertising campaigns.
  • Deeply understand and advocate for supplier needs.
  • Influence leaders across Commercial and Global Supplier Tech to drive supplier success, predictability, and trust.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap in close collaboration with cross-functional partners, including analytics, UX research, and product design.
  • Partner with engineering to drive timely and smooth execution while ensuring stakeholders are aware of progress and impact of releases.
  • Work effectively with your Commercial and Product Marketing partners to ensure successful launch, adoption, and growth of your products and features.
  • Influence Wayfair\'s strategy for advertising offerings alongside partner teams leading our ad server, ad footprint, and data platforms.
  • Support team growth by mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices, and identifying / driving process improvements.
What You\'ll Need:
  • 5-7+ years experience in product management with a proven track record of impact.
  • Experience leading digital advertising products, preferably B2B experiences.
  • Ability to understand supplier needs and analyze their behavior, and translate that data into actionable insights and a prioritized roadmap / requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the what and why behind your product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of effective partnership with engineering, analytics, UX / UI design, and user research.
  • Ability to bring clarity to an ambiguous problem space.
  • Ability to keep up in highly technical conversations.
  • Ability to think and act both tactically and strategically.
  • Ability to work with and influence senior leaders (Director+) across various functional areas.
