RBC\xe2\x80\x99s Mobile team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Sr. Product Manager to drive the development of successful products, while helping to define the future of how RBC will scale in all phases of the products lifecycle. In this role, you will own the vision and strategy of the product and are responsible for defining the product\xe2\x80\x99s roadmap and strategy, requirements, key metrics for success and go-to market tactics.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Define vision and product strategies for solving user needs and problemsCommunicate your vision and your strategies effectively taking into consideration different stakeholdersBuild high-quality, functional prototypes which convey, prove, and advance the vision of future RBC products and applicationsCollaborate with leadership and key stakeholders from concept through shippingWork with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, leaders, internal business and delivery partners, and other subject matter experts on a day-to-day basisParticipate in the full lifecycle of product development; including ideation, design, development, implementation and validationDefine OKRs to measure the success of the product and define the right visualization to be consumed by different stakeholdersDefine key go-to-market tactics that will be used to drive adoption of the productWork quickly with minimal documentation and technical supportWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must haveUndergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or Sciences3 years of experience as a product managerExperience with and strong understanding of Mobile experiences (native/web) and development along with an understanding and fluent usage of a broad spectrum of technologies including mobile technologies, AI, security and paymentsStrong understanding of sales and acquisition funnels, experiences, and processes across all banking productsStrong data and analytics background, knowledge about statistical models and how to apply them in product concepts, A/B testing and experimentation mindsetCreative and conceptual thinker, strong attention to detail, high-level organization skills, great customer focus, unwavering commitment to quality in addition to excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and possesses a growth mindsetNice-to-have:Experience and passion for developing visually polished, engaging and highly fluid user interfacesExperience working in an Agile environmentPrevious people leadership experiencePassion for and understanding of Mobile and Digital trends, global competitive landscape, and best practices in product managementWhat\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
