Job Title Senior Product Manager, Digital Sales



What will you do?

  • Lead a cross-functional agile squad comprised of designers and developers to execute on the core Personal Deposit Account digital roadmap to bolster acquisition results
  • Partner with key stakeholders to achieve alignment on upcoming and in-flight Epics through effective collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance existing digital product offerings with the goal of creating market-differentiation through unparalleled new client acquisition experiences
  • Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity to drive further top-of-the-funnel growth and optimize in-funnel conversion to support acquisition growth for the organization
  • Monitor progress against Objectives and Key Results through the iterative delivery of working software, helping to showcase the net-benefit of the capabilities delivered to market
  • Identify opportunities for experimentation, and execute on said experiments, to drive to optimal results
What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have:
  • 3-5 years of relevant digital product management experience with background in the Agile way of working
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas of focus: client acquisition; digital acquisition
  • Proven ability to drive results while effectively collaborating with key partners to do so
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with Google Analytics, DataStudio and Google Optimize.
  • Dynamic leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and lead new initiatives with a proven track record to deliver
  • Established growth mindset and an ability to push, pivot and let go as the environment evolves
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story to garner buy-in and support
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience leveraging data to make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen
Nice-to-have:
  • Marketing background with experience around both mass and targeted campaigns
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner, or related certification
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and experience with sales funnel optimization
  • P&L business background: acquisition, engagement, retention, or product management experience

In this role, you will take on leadership of a dynamic roadmap for Personal Deposit Account acquisition, working with a cross-functional agile squad to deliver working software incrementally to our end users. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the product vision, creating alignment across the squad and external stakeholders, prioritizing value-added iterations, and evaluating the success of the deliverables once they're in the hands of the end user. You will use data and analytics to make informed product decisions on further opportunities to support better client experiences on an ongoing basis. You will also partner closely with the Product Director to devise long-term strategic opportunities that will further propel RBC ahead of the competition.
