  • We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Enhancement suite, a central component of Sharethrough's unique offering for advertisers that supercharges their brand's ad creatives. Your primary goals will be leveling up the features and performance of our ad enhancement products and developing technologies, tools, and strategies that enable automated, sophisticated ad enhancement capabilities powered by our unique creative offering.
  • As the Senior Product Manager of the Ad Enhancement team, you'll be collaborating with an Engineering Manager and a group of engineers responsible and working on various projects spanning backend development, video encoding capabilities, AI functionalities, multiple API integrations as well as the elaboration and validation of new creative formats and advanced enhancement capabilities. In addition to owning and developing the enhancement engine, you will coordinate with the applications team and external partners to bring enhancements to life and maximize their usage and performance, ensuring our ad units are the most compatible with the ever-evolving ad ecosystem.
  • You will collaborate with the Director of Product Management for Advertiser products and other product functions to contribute to the strategy for Sharehtrough's ad products offering.
  • You will support every step of the product development cycle, including market research, product design, experimentation, and go-to-market strategies
About the Role
  • Lead development and expansion of the ad enhancement suite to improve performance and offer new capabilities.
  • Work with business stakeholders and strategic advertiser partners to understand needs and define the product strategy.
  • Define, track and improve upon key business and product success metrics.
  • Partner with our product marketing team to bring products to market and track the market success.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic understanding of Sharethrough's industry landscape and identify areas for competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to optimize and expand ad enhancements accessibility within proprietary user-facing applications.
  • Run a lean-startup-based team of engineers.
  • Develop and maintain a feedback loop with agency teams, traders, and advertisers to understand Sharethrough's industry landscape and identify areas for competitive differentiation.
  • Contribute to defining the Sharethrough for Advertisers (SFA) overall offering, including the pricing and packaging, sales tools, delivery tools, and insights.
  • Lead the internal and external rollout, training, and success monitoring for new Ad enhancements, collaborating with product marketing and other teams.
  • Work with business stakeholders and strategic advertiser partners to understand needs.
About You
  • 5+ years experience as a product manager for a 2-sided marketplace or similar strategic focus.
  • Equally technically comfortable and customer oriented with a solid understanding of the Adtech industry.
  • Hands on experience building tools, automating complex workflows and launching new products that drive meaningful revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a concise and understandable manner to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in adtech and/or with digital ad products preferred.
  • Hands on experience with customer development and building user centric products.
  • First-hand working experience with agile/scrum software development methodologies.
  • Interest in and exposure to lean startup methodologies and processes.
  • Equally comfortable with seeing the "big picture" and meticulously thinking through every requirement of online development projects.
  • Strong awareness of current web technologies, trends, products, and design standards including their technical underpinnings.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
