You'll be involved in the end-to-end design process, charged with designing the full product experience, while working on a cross-functional team of designers, developers, QA, and strategists. Every engagement presents different demands and opportunities, so you'll need the flexibility to shift focus and work on anything from findings reports and sales presentations, to schematics and prototypes. You embrace the challenge and excitement of testing your products with users in a continuous iterative process. If something doesn't test well with your users, you strategize with your team to understand why that is, by applying the data and findings from your testing to iterate on your work and craft an exceptional experience.

You're multi-talented: you can conduct in-depth user research, preform usability testing, produce low-fi wireframes, Hi-fidelity mocks, design systems, presentations, and other design artifacts and have a portfolio to showcase this.

You're a design geek: you're passionate about typography, data visualization, and user experience.

You're a visionary: You are eager to bring your best practices knowledge and design skills by creating design systems that are modular, repeatable, and informed by your knowledge of design best practices. You know how to work within an Agile team to lead and execute this.

You're collaborative: you work with user experience designers, visual designers, design researchers and developers to ensure your product design enhances the overall user experience.

You're a design champion: you defend design choices using previous user research, heuristics and usability standards.

You're a branding guru: you demonstrate knowledge of best practices in typography, colour theory and iconography and can work with brand and design guidelines.

You're an ambivert: working independently when needed and collaborating on cross-functional teams throughout the development process.

You're a Product Designer through-and-through: you're fluent in relevant industry design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud and Adobe Experience.

You're part designer, part researcher: you are able to create click-through prototypes to test and validate working hypothesis with users, and incorporate user feedback into designs.

You bring experience: you have a minimum of 3 years of experience creating user-centered designs for large scale websites and/or applications and mobile platforms.
