TD Securities Corporate and Investment Banking provides a full range of financial advisory and capital-raising services to corporate and institutional clients. Our Relationship Managers work closely with our clients to understand their needs and bring them unique solutions to complex issues. The department is organized into areas of expertise, by Product, Region, and Industry. The Business Management & Administration team within Corporate & Investment Banking is responsible for providing ongoing operational and strategic support, as well as supervisory oversight to Relationship Managers and Senior Executives within the department, such that their focus can remain on providing optimal client coverage. The team liaises with various TDS and TDBG support partners to advance the needs of the department, as well as, assist with rolling-out any firm or bank-wide initiatives.
An Investment Banking environment is a demanding environment and requires a self-starting, efficient person, who works extremely well in a team, can manage multiple priorities at the same time, and who thrives in a fast-paced, intense and exciting environment. In this role, you will work with one of the Vice Presidents of Business Management to manage a variety of change management programs in support of the overall business and 1B function. More specifically, the role will require you to:

• Be a CRM (Salesforce) expert in managing the BAU activities of maintaining the platform
• Has a high attention to detail and can effectively lead periodic clean up exercises focused on deal pipeline, account coverage and account priorities
• Accountable for the CRM data governance function and will be required to have a strong understanding of the CRM security model and act as a delegate to modify all deal pipeline fields, account coverage, call reports etc.
• Contributes towards ongoing data quality improvement initiatives and projects involving CRM
• Participates in the completion of relevant control assessments to maintain the integrity of the CRM application (i.e. PIA, DIA etc.)
• Leads end user training sessions on CRM across all levels of Investment Bankers and ad-hoc training to other LOBs.
• Assists in creating end- user documentation such as training material, job aids and communication prior to any technology roll-outs
• Support and assist with IB Data Governance activities
• Actively involved with testing changes associated with upcoming CRM releasees in lower environments and providing subsequent training.
• Assists with any audit related queries involving the Deal Pipeline/ CRM
• Actively involved in taking on new business process that relate to integration efforts
