Senior Producer in Ottawa Are you an experienced Producer who can juggle business, creative and programming needs with ease? As the Senior Producer at this studio in Ottawa you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with an engineering team to manage projects both creatively and technically and make sure that the studio\xe2\x80\x99s reputation for high quality, multi-platform games is upheld. Senior Producer Responsibilities:

• Lead the team of producers and engineers to make sure goals are achieved and each individual\xe2\x80\x99s potential is developed through your work with them.
• Work closely with Clients to deliver clear communication and build trusting relationships.
• Take all of the information you gather from across your projects to make sure requirements are correctly and easily communicated to your team, clients and studio management.
• Understand the wider picture of the studio as a business to make sure your project is run with other areas in mind such as sales, recruitment, costs, proposals and contracts.

Requirements for this role in Ottawa:

• 5 or more years of experience in the games industry within production, project management, publishing etc.
• Multiple shipped titles where you have worked in one of the above areas.
• Extensive experience with multiple development methodologies and ideally 5 or more years of experience using this in a project management setting.
• Previous work where you have managed development across multiple locations and offices.
• Background of work with complex project schedules including building, tracking and maintaining them. You should have multiple examples of your work in this area.
• You will have great attention to detail in a fast paced environment and will be able to communicate effectively across teams and all seniorities.
• Experience using told such as Jira, ADO, Trello etc.
• It would also be beneficial you have experience with Scrum, Spreadsheet-fu, EQ, UX and/or an understanding of engineering/programming.
