Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.What you will do:Provide expert Process Engineering support to the production facilities as needed, including delivery of R&D projects or engineering servicesIdentify and analyze the need to change existing production facilities, create and propose new process concepts, and sell the proposals to the site teamsKeep abreast of new process technology and conduct pilot trials with promising technologies, taking new technologies from concept development to sustainable operationCollaborate closely with the production sites and other stakeholders to facilitate plant trials and projects that increase efficiency and lower costs of the potash operationsIdentify and conduct long-term applied research projects that deliver value for the Potash Business UnitWhat you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Mineral Processing EngineeringCandidate should be a registered member of APEGS, with their P.Eng.8 or more years of practical experience in a potash refinery environmentGood written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to work on interdisciplinary teams is essentialCandidate should be willing to work in/at the processing facilities as requiredReady to make an impact with us?
