Job Description

We are currently looking for senior service technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 2+ years of senior service experience (or 4+ years in a junior position) including:

Pool openings (run crew/train new staff) Pool closings (lead a crew) Pool maintenance Liner installation Safety cover installation Equipment installation and repair Troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

Train junior staff on pool opening protocols, assist when required Train junior staff on weekly maintenance protocols, assist when required Lead a pool closing crew Determine parts and labour requirements for service calls Communicate customer service requests/complaints to management Follow company protocol to complete scheduled tasks and manage inventory Maintain assigned service vehicle/tools/supplies Provide orientations for clients on any aspect of their pool and mechanical system, as needed Complete written service reports and progress reports Handle plumbing and pool chemicals (WHMIS training provided) Contribute ideas for improvement, productivity, and workplace issues Attend required training

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work both individually and lead a team of 1-3 junior staff Effectively communicate with clients and staff Willingness to learn and follow protocols Maintain a neat and organized work area Professional appearance Ability to work outdoors in most weather conditions Steel-toed safety footwear Must have a G2 or G driver's license and clean driving record
