What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
As a Senior People and Culture Advisor, you will be in a pivotal role where you are engaged in driving the strategy and adoption of leadership development across the organization to engage and motivate learners. You are able to develop strong recommendations based on needs analysis, best practice research, analytics and insight to ensure we are getting better every day. You are an energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding and rewarding team environment. In this role, you will wear several hats: project manager, coach, trusted advisor, consultant and change agent. Your influential collaboration skills build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders to create world class experiences for our team members. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis and strategy. You have a natural curiosity and appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow.

Responsibilities



  • Aider \xc3\xa0 diriger, \xc3\xa0 favoriser et \xc3\xa0 positionner l\xe2\x80\x99adoption et le maintien des concepts de Perfectionnement et apprentissage aupr\xc3\xa8s des partenaires d\xe2\x80\x99affaires de Personnes et culture et des unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires de TELUS que vous appuyez

    • Contribuer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement d\xe2\x80\x99une strat\xc3\xa9gie d\xe2\x80\x99apprentissage qui permet de fournir et de perfectionner des solutions \xc3\xa9volutives pour tous les membres de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe dans l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble de TELUS en \xc3\xa9tablissant, en maintenant et en communiquant une compr\xc3\xa9hension profonde des besoins, des attentes et des r\xc3\xa9alit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes du travail

    • Donner des conseils d\xe2\x80\x99expert par l\xe2\x80\x99interm\xc3\xa9diaire d\xe2\x80\x99analyses des besoins pour cibler les occasions d\xe2\x80\x99apprentissage et \xc3\xa9laborer des solutions d\xe2\x80\x99apprentissage qui comprennent plusieurs ressources et approches et qui r\xc3\xa9pondent aux divers besoins et pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rences d\xe2\x80\x99apprentissage. Examiner le contenu bilingue pour en v\xc3\xa9rifier la qualit\xc3\xa9 et l\xe2\x80\x99uniformit\xc3\xa9.
  • Favoriser la collaboration
    • \xc3\x89tablir de solides relations de collaboration avec les parties prenantes, l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de direction et vos pairs
  • Faire preuve de compr\xc3\xa9hension
    • Appuyer les initiatives d\xe2\x80\x99apprentissage cl\xc3\xa9s en \xc3\xa9laborant la port\xc3\xa9e du projet (conception, mise en \xc5\x93uvre et maintien), en cr\xc3\xa9ant et en suivant les plans de projet et la conception p\xc3\xa9dagogique, ainsi qu\xe2\x80\x99en int\xc3\xa9grant des apprentissages importants pour une am\xc3\xa9lioration continue


Qualifications



Required Knowledge
  • Bilingual
  • In-depth knowledge in a learning/training role. Must keep abreast of new trends related to adult education, learning methodologies and leadership concepts, approaches and best/next practices.
  • Experience applying design thinking, project management, communications and change management design knowledge to learning projects.
  • Experience working for an organization developing learning materials and implementing change.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, consider big picture impacts and understand how to implement solutions across large, diverse teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; possess the ability to create tangible and strategically sound plans out of abstract ideas, adapt quickly and shift focus across many levels of information.
  • Strong customer service orientation and sensitive to the needs of a customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to interact effectively; coach, influence and convey the needs and strategic direction to all levels of internal and external stakeholders in a way that will enable long lasting change.
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver creative messages and synthesize business dynamics into a compelling narrative.
  • Captivating presentation and facilitation skills in French and English that engage and inspire.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Google suite, WebEx.
Required Professional Designation/Certification
  • University degree in a related field (HR, adult learning, instructional design, etc.) or equivalent recognized certification and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Project management certification an asset
