Job Description

Job Duties:

Process bi-weekly payroll for employees ensuring all checks and balances are completed Review deductions to ensure accuracy and remittances are made as scheduled Calculate overtime and General Holiday pay Audit system time entries and timecard corrections for accuracy before posting Compile payroll data such as garnishments, benefits, vacation time, sick pay, insurance, and other deductions Assist with year-end processing Issue Records of Employment as required Maintain accurate records of new hires and terminations Address payroll related queries and requests from employees Create required internal payroll management reports Assess current processes and recommend system and process improvements Stay current with payroll regulations, standards, and work methods

Requirements:

5 years experience with full-cycle payroll Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is required Experience working with ERPs (Vista by Viewpoint) or similar systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office 365, particularly Excel
