Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Full-Stack Next.js Developer

with

over

3 years of experience in Next.js and backend testing

. The base salary is

$50,000 and an additional $30,000 - $50,000 of mixed and stock cash bonus

depending on performance. The team is small and looking to take on someone who will grow their career and product with the team. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced software developers in the industry and a cutting-edge product. Work is flexible, but will require to meet up at least three days a week at the office.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the UI/UX team to bring new frontend designs to life
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop software solutions
- Write clean, efficient code using Typescript and the Next.js framework
- Assist in the integration of APIs and third-party services
- Contribute to software testing and debugging processes
- Participate in code reviews and version control using GitHub

Qualifications:

- Strong showcase of Next.js and Typescript in a paid working environment
- Strong showcase and ability to write unit and integration tests
- Understanding of database queries with an ORM
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Experience with API integration
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Work in the Real Estate industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills and communication skills
