Senior Marketing Specialist

The Senior Marketing Specialist role will report to the VP of Marketing and will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or business administration, with experience in demand generation.
Location: Remote (Canada preferred)
  • Report to the VP of Marketing on the performance of demand generation initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Plan and execute the development and implementation of the company\'s demand generation strategy, leveraging various channels such as email, social media, webinars, content marketing, and paid media to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Proficient in various CRM environments for executing campaigns, reporting, data management (HubSpot expertise is preferred).
  • Experienced with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to be able to derive meaningful web insights
  • Experienced in content marketing, including creating engaging blogs and content for various marketing channels,
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the company.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach key customer segments.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including web content, social media, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and marketing operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing programs.
  • Experience in managing budgets and external partners.
