We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing efforts in the food and beverage industry. This role requires a strong leader with digital-first expertise, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee the full marketing function, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing clear direction, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
Partner with senior leadership to set the overall marketing vision, annual strategy, and campaign roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Act as a key brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all communications.
Digital Marketing & Growth
Design and oversee
digital marketing strategies
including SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic advertising, influencer partnerships, and email automation.
Manage social media strategy and content, ensuring strong engagement and growth across multiple platforms.
Optimize website performance (UX, conversion rate optimization, e-commerce funnel) to maximize digital sales and leads.
Track and improve digital KPIs such as impressions, engagement rates, CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition.
Brand & Campaign Management
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, PR, and traditional) to drive awareness and sales.
Lead brand positioning initiatives, ensuring the brand resonates with target demographics and stands out in a competitive F&B market.
Oversee creative development including campaign messaging, visuals, photography, and video production.
Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, and experiential marketing activations.
Public Relations & Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, journalists, influencers, and media outlets to maximize earned media coverage.
Secure press opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships that elevate brand visibility.
Act as a spokesperson or brand representative when required.
Budgeting & Performance Management
Develop, manage, and track the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Forecast campaign performance and report results against established KPIs.
Provide monthly and quarterly marketing reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Analytics & Insights
Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards, etc.) to evaluate marketing performance and consumer behavior.
Use insights to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Sales & Business Impact
Partner with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
Design marketing campaigns that directly contribute to measurable business growth in sales, market share, and customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the
food and beverage industry
.
Proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and analytics.
Experience leading successful brand campaigns and partnerships.
Strong PR and media relationship management skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
