Responsabilites principales :
Contribuer a l'elaboration du plan marketing annuel et de la strategie media.
Superviser les etudes et recherches de marque afin d'appuyer la prise de decision.

Produire des rapports reguliers pour la direction et les parties prenantes.
Gerer les relations avec les agences externes et assurer leur alignement.
Collaborer avec les franchises, les operations, les fournisseurs et les services partages.
Communiquer avec le conseil consultatif des franchises concernant marketing, menus et budgets.
Diriger les projets speciaux lies a la marque.
Developper et mettre en oeuvre des initiatives d'innovation, de l'ideation a la commercialisation.
Profil recherche :
Diplome universitaire en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
5 a 7 ans d'experience dans un poste de gestion, idealement dans l'industrie alimentaire, en contexte de franchise ou en agence.
Experience confirmee en gestion de campagnes numeriques (SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, medias sociaux).
Solides competences en planification strategique, gestion de projets et resolution de problemes.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, presentation et relations interpersonnelles.
Capacite demontree a encadrer, mobiliser et inspirer une equipe.
Sens aigu des affaires et capacite a traduire les analyses en recommandations concretes.
Aisance a travailler dans un environnement en evolution rapide et a gerer l'ambiguite.
Maitrise de Microsoft Office et bonne connaissance des outils de marketing numerique.
