About the Role




We're looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial

Senior Manager, Ecosystem Marketing

to lead partner marketing across our growing network of technology, agency, and referral partners--including Shopify, Recharge, Domaine, and Omnie. You'll own the strategy and execution of co-marketing, enablement, and joint go-to-market programs that drive pipeline and revenue.


Experience in the Shopify partner ecosystem is essential--but we're not looking for rinse-and-repeat playbooks. We want someone ready to reimagine what ecosystem marketing can look like in 2025: high-trust, high-impact, and built on relationships in a changing marketing landscape.

What You'll Do



Pipeline Generation:

Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth through scalable joint go-to-market strategies--webinars, co-branded content, integrated campaigns, and partner events--with technology and agency partners at every tier.

Campaign Performance:

Deliver measurable results from co-marketing and GTM efforts. Establish performance frameworks and reporting cadences that track impact from awareness through to closed-won revenue.

Partner Enablement:

Equip partner sales teams with the tools, messaging, and programs needed to confidently position and sell Gorgias.

Team Development:

Build and lead a high-performing (and AI-leveraged) ecosystem marketing team that scales with the business and amplifies broader marketing initiatives--from product launches to campaigns and events.

Strategic Partnerships:

Deepen relationships with top partners through impactful collaboration. Stay on top of ecosystem trends and the evolving ecommerce partnership landscape.

Who You Are



5-7 years of experience in partner, channel, or product marketing, with a proven track record of scaling co-marketing programs across a variety of partner types. Deep experience in the ecommerce ecosystem, ideally within the Shopify partner landscape. Background with agency, referral, BPO, ISV, or TSD partners is a plus. An AI geek. You experiment constantly, test new tools, and can speak to how AI helps you move faster, better--not just for writing copy. Fluent in marketing systems: Customer.io (or similar), HubSpot, Webflow, Splash. You don't wait on others to get things launched. A storyteller who builds "1+1=3" partner narratives that stand out, drive enablement, and get results. Data-minded, with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partner marketing performance. Collaborative and cross-functional--comfortable partnering with sales, product, and business development to make things happen.

Compensation Range: CA$120K - CA$140K
