Summary

Do you have a knack for logistics, planning, and coordination and are looking for a new challenge in a growing, purpose-driven company? We are hiring for a Senior Marketing Associate to work with our global conference team!

You will have the chance to lead and coordinate all aspects of the departmental budget and purchasing management, as well as inventory and distribution of marketing materials globally. The global scope of this role is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to a successful STEMCELL presence at conferences, on-site visits with customers, and other events as needed. As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will utilize your strong communication skills to liaise with all levels of staff and management, vendors and others as needed to facilitate consensus, consult, negotiate, and achieve team goals.



Duties and Responsibilities

Execute departmental budget planning, spend tracking, and reporting

Manage printed marketing collateral, including production, versioning, inventory, and distribution

Process all purchases for the marketing department, working closely with procurement and finance teams

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and inspires others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation and effective communication

Diagnoses and evaluates potential risk and issues throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Global Conference Management\xc3\x82

Knowledge and Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience, master\'s with 2-4 years of experience, or PhD with 1-3 years of experience

Related experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required

Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals; specifically in budgeting and financial literacy

Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment

Strong computer literacy experience with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, and database applications
