In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our frozen portfolio within the Canada Business Unit. As a key member of our marketing team, you will not only assist in crafting and executing marketing and brand build plans but also contribute valuable insights and analysis. These contributions will not only drive current growth but also inform our strategic direction, identifying new business opportunities that align with our vision for expansion and sustained success. What's on the menu?
Participate in the development of short- and long-term business and marketing plans for assigned products/brands.
Analyze business performance, identify actions needed, and coordinate action plan on key metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, driven performance).
Support and coordinate commercialization and development of brand/product innovation
Lead omni shopper marketing program strategy, development and execution
Manage and lead advertising and promotional budgets, while ensuring ROI on spend

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1 - 3 years experience in marketing
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter and ability to multitask and balance competing priorities
Consumer obsessed with the ability to identify market trends and key insights
Operates independently and motivated by success
Strong leadership and committed to results
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication, influence and relationship building skills in a cross-functional team environment (R&D, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc)
AC Nielsen experience an asset
Previous CPG experience preferred
