Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Associate works collaborately with Moneris\xe2\x80\x99 strategic partners and the MARCOM subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop annual Partner marketing channel plans and implement & support several partner marketing programs to achieve shared goals.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Marketing & Partner Strategy

Your Moneris Career - What you\'ll do

• Help create a positive relationship with important Marketing contacts within assigned strategic partner organizations; facilitate and attend scheduled meetings and events.
• Accountable for the end-to-end implementation of the annual Partner Marketing channel strategy
• Be a conduit between strategic partners and the MARCOM SMEs to support partner lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement activities.
• Create and educate strategic partners on Moneris MARCOM go-to-market strategies and content/activity calendar. Identify mutually beneficial opportunities and explore ways to share/co-create content
• Accountable for Partner Marketing program strategic and implementation development including creating and delivering briefs, managing activities within workback schedules, contributing to content according to the brief, value proposition and brand (or co-brand) guidelines.
• Work with assigned strategic partners and respective Moneris SMEs to develop Measurements, track performance and communicate results; use data to make recommendations for future programs.
• Prepare and maintain the Partner Marketing matrix, status documents, project trackers and other reports.\xc2\xb7
• Participate in team meetings including MARCOM, Sales, FI, Partner, Operations, Pricing, Finance and Legal to develop, deliver partner/marketing programs and amplify current campaign efforts.
• Accountable for sales and internal readiness activities for Partner Marketing programs and offers; this may include engaging Sales Readiness teams, developing reporting requirements, support processes and ensuring communication to relevant parties.
• Manage Partner Marketing expenses observing the annual program budget.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• Bachelor of Arts with a Marketing focus or post-secondary education in Marketing is required (Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution)
• 5 years Marketing working experience
• Knowledge of the payment processing industry
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)
• Excellent project management skills
• Think through programs strategically, but able to execute flawlessly
• Analyze and assess situations, to make recommendations

Nice-to-have...

• Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset
