Job Title Senior Manager, Transformation - Next Best Action



What is the opportunity?
The Next Best Action / Client Engagement (NBA) Team is on a mission to personalize our communication and interactions with our clients and democratize access to consumable advice. With a view to modernizing and re-thinking the client/advisor experience, the Senior Manager, Transformation will enable and manage key elements of the NBA Transformation Program by working with senior stakeholders, key enterprise partners and a multi-disciplinary team to achieve a bold future ambition, including supporting strategy definition, program planning, developing update materials for a senior audience, and reporting/monitoring against OKRs.

What will you do?

Support the development of multi-year roadmap alongside key partners to ensure initiatives are well-defined and sequenced appropriately, interdependencies are managed effectively and resourcing needs are met

Oversee the ongoing execution across the portfolio of initiatives and OKRs while enabling the governance of the program through the appropriate cadence of updates to key stakeholders and escalation of key risks and issues in a timely manner

Develop materials that communicate the NBA vision to ensure all teams and partners are aligned and motivated towards an aligned future roadmap

Develop the execution roadmap and key metrics to operationalize the transformation program (i.e. identify key pain points, financial projections, prioritizing investments, sequencing efforts and identifying key dependencies and risks)

Support recommendations to key stakeholders on the overall target state design and ongoing execution choices/decisions

Support recommendations on how to manage timelines, resources, key risks and issues related to the ongoing execution

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

2+ years of financial experience/ consulting

Experience developing stakeholder materials for a senior audience and providing reporting/monitoring

Experience driving complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives/programs

Experience partnering with cross-platform groups (e.g., business, technology, operations, sales, legal, risk etc.)

Curiosity and a passion to build end-to-end solutions for clients and advisors

Ability to translate complex ideas into impactful work streams and outcomes

Nice-to-have

Interest in ML/AI and knowledge of current ML capabilities/use cases in market
