Senior Manager, Recycling Supply Chain Service Provider Reporting
is responsible for management and development delivery of departmental deliverables relating to all aspects of our program clients' "reverse" supply chains. This role will assist Director and participate in business strategy and business development. Ensuring all operations aligns to policy and standards associated with integral data reporting and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Manager, you will be a key player in our SPR (Service Provider Reporting) Department, managing partner relationships throughout their lifecycle in accordance with our frameworks, policies, and standards.
Goal Planning & Performance is responsible for defining performance, setting goals, measuring and reporting on success; goals are being met and our performance metrics and systems are driving success.
Provide functional/business level communications to ensure messages to stakeholders are consistent, appropriate, and aligned with business risk strategies and executive management direction.
Manage key partner relationships from beginning to end.
Responsible for onboarding partners and managing related documentation, including contracts.
Oversee reporting and compliance activities associated with various Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiencies.
Support the development of policies and procedures.
Establish departmental goals and objectives to support the strategy of the CM team and agreements contribute to strategic initiatives and projects.
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Maintains an up-to-date level of knowledge with respect to current scorecards, metrics, measurement/reporting and performance compensation programs.
Responsible for maintaining an agile reporting environment and the infrastructure required to flexibly respond to reporting needs from the field and business lines. Coordinate with internal areas and external vendors to manage this process efficiently.
Continuously analyzing data to facilitate better understanding of key business drivers;
Conducting data mining and analysis to turn results into actionable insights;
Designing and developing new reports to support management including but not limited to - visualization tools, complex data and logic tools, and self-service dashboards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
University degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.
5+ years experience in reporting or analytical environment with Big Data
Experience using and implementing data visualization tools such as Power BI, redshift, AWS and Microsoft suite of products to deliver reports & scorecards.

Strong experience in finding data insights and providing valued vendor analytics to the business.
Ability to contextualize data and insights within the business context, collaborating with, and communicating findings to the technical and non-technical teammates
Superb written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior, cross-functional stakeholders
3+ years experience in a customer experience or customer service-focused role in areas such as data engineering, business intelligence, operations, or analytics.

WORKING CONDITIONS
All CM employees have the luxury of working remote from a home office environment.

This role requires field work. As a result, there will be some variability in scheduling to accommodate operational needs.
