Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain
This role will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply operations to our customers, ensuring the partnership is efficient, scalable, and aligned with Bayer's high operational standards. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex logistics, inventory, and demand planning activities while fostering a strong relationship with the customer, end-to-end product supply sales to maximize service levels and business growth. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.

What you will do:
Business Growth/Joint Value:
Integrate end-to-end supply chain solutions to resolve customer issues and deliver on customer commitments, cost savings & working capital initiatives
Identifies opportunities for customer innovation and drives execution to support growth/efficiencies
Create a partnership culture between the Supply Chain teams and Sales to drive business growth. Drive operational excellence and best practices across the supply chain to deliver on business targets (e.g. growth, cost reduction).
Delivers on Customer Supply Chain' goals (e.g. OTIF, revenue recognition)
Joint Business Planning:
Acquires, analyzes and consolidates key account and marketing information enabling JBP process
Develops and ensures the execution of customer- or segment-specific sales plans by placing the required inventory in the customers' DCs, retail or virtual stores
Partnership Development:
Aligns with Commercial, Product Supply, and other business teams to meet customers' expectations and proactively resolve issues
Recognizes and responds to changes in demand, capacity constraints and marketplace dynamics to minimize disruption and preserve customer relationships
Acts as key interface between customers and third-party service providers and drives adoption of Order-to-Cash best practice
Cost to Serve:
Lead Cost to Serve optimization by analyzing end-to-end processes and operating models to identify efficiency opportunities, streamline workflow, and implement sustainable improvements that reduce structural cost while maintaining or enhancing customer experience.
Digitalization:
Utilizing data analytics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement
Leading and managing supply chain digitalization projects to drive innovation and process enhancements.
Who you are:
Minimum Bachelor's degree
Multi-functional experience in Supply Chain Management. Customer Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or Transportation role
Experience in a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products or other regulated industry background
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Distribution & Logistics, Purchasing, Forecasting - engaging with top level customers
Demonstrated progressive leadership / management responsibility while working with cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal and external business partners / customers is required
Successful track-record of solving complex business problems and use of advanced analytical techniques
Outstanding customer orientation, Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills required
Affinity for supportive leadership, situational awareness, continual improvement and transparency
