About the Team

The employee experience team is responsible for workplace technology and operations of collaboration tools, devices, software, helpdesk, and the development / support of several employee facing and HR portals. We work on ensuring team members can work efficiently while exploring innovative ways to improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting process and forecast for district level long range plan.
  • Plan and track district level and desktop program budget, resource requirements, and reporting
  • Overall planning, management, and execution of the laptop refresh program. Forecast requirements and inventory tracking of desktops and peripherals with third-party vendors.
  • Prepare, process, and journalize monthly desktop pre-buy in SAP, process monthly invoices with third-party vendors.
  • Participate in RFPs, contract negotiations, and provide input to business case financials analysis, assess accounting classification impacts, and treatment.
Critical Qualifications
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in either Business management / Information Systems
  • General financial and accounting knowledge
  • Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior management.
  • Experienced in desktop operations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office skills specifically Excel, Access, Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Business Case/Planning experience is a strong asset.
Additional Requirements

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
