As ATB's next Senior Manager, Product, to contribute to and execute on ATB's Direct to Consumer Vision & Strategy, in support of ATB's renewed purpose and strategy. You'll lead a talented product team and be a key member of the Digital Growth & Engagement team. You'll work closely with marketing, technology, research, and stakeholders from Business, Wealth and Retail with a shared accountability to grow ATB's digital customer base, increase activation & engagement, and ultimately retain those customers.

Requirements

• As a people leader in the Digital Growth & Engagement team, you will own & champion the product strategy & roadmaps for our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiative and our Prosper (Wealth) web and apps.
• With your leader, Managing Director, Digital Growth & Engagement, you own & champion the product vision & mission, and how they support ATB's purpose.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with the Digital Product leadership team and key ATB stakeholders.
• You drive alignment with key ATB stakeholders around product launches, go/no-go decisions, product discovery and decision-making, and product strategy.
• You attract, build, manage and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers that can execute your product strategy. This role currently has 2 direct reports.
• You manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure your org is effective, healthy and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals.
• You define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products.
• With your leader, you regularly and succinctly communicate the product goals, strategy, and measurable progress to the Digital Product leadership and project steering committees.
• You set clear goals with and for your team in service of our goals.
• You create an environment in which your team can achieve those goals.
