About the Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing develops and executes product marketing campaigns targeted to both internal and external audiences, and collaborates with internal teams during the development of new products, advocating for consumer experience and needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Leads strategic direction and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for new product launches to fuel engagement and reach business goals.
  • Establishes clear campaign KPIs and measures of success based on data and business goals, reporting on results and providing next step recommendations based on data outcomes.
  • Develops a strong understanding of customer needs/insights, the competitive landscape, and trends to inform product positioning and improve engagement with products.
  • Builds detailed project plans establishing campaign goals, product positioning, key messaging, target audience, timelines, distribution channels and creative briefs.
  • Executes the Product Marketing Strategy and optimize based on campaign results.
  • Leads initiatives to test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to effectively reach audiences.
  • Translates product attributes into high-quality client-facing marketing assets and collateral (including emails, one-pagers, videos, and usage guides) to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Analyzes campaign performance and product usage to extract key insights to optimize campaigns and inform future campaign tactics.
  • Reports findings back to the product team and leadership.
  • Briefs creative partners (both internal and external) on project requirements based on campaign strategy.
  • Collaborates with the technology team or other internal product development teams early on in new product ideation to ensure new product solutions are successfully positioned, enabled and launched with a laser focus on consumer needs.
  • Conducts consumer research in order to understand their needs and pain points in order to effectively advocate for user experience.
  • Influences product roadmap with informed suggestions focussing on optimizing and streamlining the customer journey.
  • Conducts post-mortems after each launch to ensure key learnings are summarized to inform future campaigns.
  • Develops campaign budgets to achieve desired results and ensure the campaign is executed within the approved amount.
  • Champions rennie\xe2\x80\x99s Podium product, optimizing over time in order to maximize utility for other teams.
  • Educates other team members on new products as needed.
  • Establishes key metrics and collaborate with the technology team to build reporting dashboards in order to measure and report on metrics.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (B.A./B.S.) in marketing, communications or related field
  • 8+ years related experience in marketing, product marketing, brand management or communications
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

  • Excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
