Job Title Senior Manager, Portfolio Management



What is the opportunity?

You will bring your experience in strategic initiative portfolio management to ensure that we invest our resources on the most important work at the right time, enabling our Personal & Commercial Banking strategy. You will bring innovative approaches to continue to enhance our portfolio management capability.

You will provide portfolio insights to enable decision making and drive a culture of agility through prioritization, including leveraging OKRs, benefits, and resource capacity information.

You are a team player with a proven track record of obtaining results through collaboration, who is comfortable operating in ambiguity.

What will you do?

Work as part of the Portfolio Management team which manages P&CB\xe2\x80\x99s investment portfolio, including funding & governance, providing insights to enable decision making

Provide transparency & help drive the maturity of P&CB\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio-level financial benefits information

Build trusted relationships with our line of business planning managers, initiative stakeholders, finance and technology partners, as well as enable stakeholders in the use of Planview Portfolios for Portfolio management.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

Initiative financial management experience and/or finance experience

Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills to achieve results through partnerships, impact and influence, and knowing when done is better than perfect

Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working at all levels within the organization (Powerpoint presentations, Advanced Excel & Analysis)

Attention to detail \xe2\x80\x93 accuracy of information

Nice to have:

Experience with Planview Portfolios

Experience in Portfolio management, and or program or product management, including benefits management in an agile and iterative-waterfall environment

Understanding of lean portfolio management concepts and practices
