Position Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Rx will be responsible for the market strategy, in-market execution and business results of B&L Rx Dry Eye portfolio. This position involves leading the marketing plans of a portfolio of prescription drugs in the Eye Care Space, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities :
Develop annual brand plans, revenue, and expense forecasts to deliver of topline sales and profit goals.
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to eye care practitioners; work with agencies and vendors where necessary; liaise with sales force and sales management in development of marketing plans and key projects.
Develop and execute new product launch strategies and plans for product and commercial initiatives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of product line sales and share performance and recommend appropriate actions to refine marketing plans.
Identify and understand market/competitive trends and the impact on B+L brands
Work collaboratively with other business units on customer programs and initiatives
Ensure the optimal development and utilization of KOL\xe2\x80\x99s.
Lead cross-functional teams in support of key initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
University Degree in Business or Healthcare sciences.
+7 years of experience in Marketing as a Product/Marketing Manager, in a corporate environment.
Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an asset.

Launching new products within a portfolio

Identifying growth opportunities
Gaining alignment to execute against a strategic growth plan
Proven skills in the following: brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, marketing program development, digital marketing, project planning and management, managing financial information
