Revive Wellness

is the leading nutrition practice behind the platform. Since 2006, our team of registered dietitians and support staff has delivered high-quality, personalized nutrition care across Alberta, BC, Ontario, and Saskatchewan. Every Revive Wellness client gets access to My Viva Plan, ensuring support continues beyond one-on-one sessions--making our care more effective, scalable, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and Inspire

: Act as the coachfor a talented team of marketers, designers, and writers--providing clarity, motivation, and direction. You will manage 4 direct reports and external contractors to start.

Own the Big Picture

: Serve as quarterback*, ensuring every marketing initiative supports the company's strategic objectives and is managed within the budget

Manage People and Projects

: Prioritize initiatives, remove bottlenecks, and manage timelines to keep creative and technical teams focused on execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

: Lead meetings with internal teams and external partners to align on priorities, share insights, and communicate marketing strategy.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

: Oversee development and rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.

Brand Champion

: Maintain consistency with My Viva and Revive Wellness's tone, voice, and mission across all touchpoints.

Performance Tracking

: Partner with analytics teams to establish KPIs, report performance, and adapt strategies based on insights.

Qualifications



5+ years' experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a health, wellness, and/or SaaS business. Ability to get up to speed quickly with CRM, Design, and Communication tools is highly regarded. Proven success managing complex marketing initiatives and cross-functional teams. Fluency in social and digital media, especially as it relates to health-focused B2C and B2B outreach. Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, digital ad platforms, and campaign performance metrics. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing remote and hybrid teams is a bonus.

Edmonton, Alberta preferred (remote option available)

Compensation package:

competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, 3-4 weeks paid vacation, health & dental benefits
