Plan and execute events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to amplify our brand recognition and lead generation, ensuring seamless alignment with our business lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and properties.
  • Maintain and enhance the company\'s brand image by ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
  • Produce engaging and relevant content and marketing materials for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals, setting clear objectives and ensuring their professional development.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and partnerships.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to support brand recognition and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, industry professionals, complementary businesses, and relevant communities/NFP.
  • Collaborate with partner businesses, interior designers, and builders to create joint marketing initiatives that promote our products and services, expanding the network of partners for potential future ventures.
  • Utilize Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to edit and enhance product images, design marketing collateral, and create visually appealing content.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (master\xe2\x80\x99s degree, if applicable).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a clear focus on real estate or property management.
  • Proven track record of orchestrating successful marketing campaigns and managing brands.
  • 3+ years in a leadership position, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, social media management, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong project management abilities.
  • A strategic and creative thinker, prepared to develop innovative communication strategies.
  • Experience in maintaining websites, measuring the impact of communications products, and adapting strategies based on findings.
  • Multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
