Job Summary

If you live and breathe marketing, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing to develop, implement, track, and optimize our marketing campaigns across all online channels.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will design, implement, monitor, and report on effective traditional and digital marketing campaigns that align with our business goals. You will bring demonstrated experience and proven success in growing digital businesses or campaigns over the last three years.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Plan and manage the execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Influence the design, build out and maintenance of our social media presence and websites.
  • Develop and implement marketing processes that align to reinforce an agile marketing approach
  • Plan, develop, and optimize marketing automation journeys for our B2B and B2C business lines
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm and present innovative and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Optimize user and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Manage and mentor team members.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related subject, MBA an asset, Google certification an asset.
  • 7+ years of experience in leading a digital marketing group.
  • Deep knowledge of digital including SEO, SEM, Display, Website best practices, social media - content strategy, measurement, development, and lead generation
  • Demonstrable experience leading, managing, and implementing marketing automation, SMS and email marketing.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
