To achieve this vision, we are in search of an innovative Senior Manager to join our team in supporting our oncology portfolio.
In the role of Senior Manager, Marketing Innovation & Digital Excellence, you will lead the development, facilitation, and execution of novel marketing strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing our digital presence and ensuring our organization maintains its leadership position in an ever-evolving industry landscape. Leading a team of exceptional marketing professionals, you will collaborate seamlessly with global and local cross-functional teams to foster growth and elevate our portfolio\'s digital impact and customer experience.

The Senior Manager will need to navigate complex decision-making processes, and thrive in a dynamic, data-driven, and experimentation-focused environment. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of five, fostering their support for their cross functional marketing teams. Together, create best-in-class customer and patient experiences within the pharmaceutical industry, driving substantial business impact specifically for the oncology business unit.
Collaborate closely with the Director to actively shape and evolve the organization\'s digital strategy, ensuring it remains on the cutting edge of industry trends and innovations.
Lead the development and execution of marketing capability programs that cater to key collaborators throughout the organization. Forge impactful partnerships with the Global team to drive and pull through these initiatives.
Expertly lead and guide the team in strategically planning, building, and executing, omnichannel experiences and capabilities that drive customer engagement.
Primarily, your accountabilities will span across six core pillars: Innovation Leadership, Digital Transformation, Team Leadership and Development, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Omnichannel Excellence, and Marketing Capabilities Advancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
Demonstrated ability in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and innovation.
Cross-industry experience preferred with knowledge of pharmaceutical industry a key asset.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Ability to take ownership and lead large initiatives from idea to launch, including problem identification and prioritization, data gathering, problem solving, communicating recommendations, and building results within an agile delivery model.
Demonstrated track record in delivering end to end customer experiences and products in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence internal and external collaborators to align to new business models and initiatives.
Exhibit a bias towards data-driven decisions, hands-on action, and breaking down complex and ambiguous problems into steps.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Comfortable in communicating, presenting ideas, and driving consensus with senior leadership team.
