What

you'll

do:

Lead and Develop:

Coach, mentor, and develop a team of learning partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Needs Assessment & Strategic Alignment:

Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps, analyze learning needs, and develop targeted solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Design & Development:

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engaging learning programs using various methods (instructor-led training, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, simulations, on-the-job training).

Leadership Curriculum Development:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development curriculum that encompasses all levels of leadership within the organization. This includes developing learning objectives and creating engaging and compelling learning experiences.

AI Coaching Pilot Management:

Lead the pilot implementation of our selected AI-powered coaching solution. This includes defining pilot objectives, developing evaluation metrics, recruiting pilot participants, managing the pilot program, and analyzing results to determine the effectiveness of AI coaching and its integration into the broader leadership development strategy.

Content Strategy:

Lead the development and curation of high-quality, relevant learning resources that are engaging and aligned with adult learning principles. Ensure materials address the unique challenges of our frontline retail teams.

Technology Integration:

Explore and implement innovative learning technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience and maximize program impact. Stay informed about learning and AI innovations.

Measurement & Evaluation:

Establish a robust evaluation framework to measure program effectiveness, track KPIs, and demonstrate ROI. Utilize data to improve program design and delivery continuously.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, HR, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

Budget Management:

Manage the learning and development budget effectively, maximizing return on investment.

Future Strategy and Evolution:

Stay informed about industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the organization's learning strategy.

Who You Are:

Learning Professional:

Education or equivalent experience in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Experienced Leader:

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced retail or related industry. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of learning professionals.

Leadership Development Expertise:

Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs at various levels of an organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions. The ability to act as a trusted advisor to the business, proactively identifying learning needs and proposing innovative solutions, with a keen understanding of when to leverage various learning modalities for maximum impact.

Passionate about exploring new learning technologies and methodologies.

Relationship Builder:

Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent Communicator:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Project Management Expert:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

:

Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.

Data Analysis:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
