One of our Customer is looking for a strategic and results-driven
Senior Manager, IM/IT Operations
to lead and evolve their Project Management Office (PMO) governance practices. This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise will guide how projects are initiated, planned, executed, and monitored across a diverse IT ecosystem.
In this role, you will champion the development and implementation of PMO frameworks, processes, and standards that ensure project success and accountability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure project management best practices are consistently applied, while also aligning IM/IT initiatives with broader organizational goals.
You'll play a pivotal role in evaluating and guiding the adoption of new technologies, providing strategic insights to leadership on the impact of evolving systems, and ensuring that IM/IT initiatives are well-documented, compliant, and value-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement PMO governance standards, methodologies, tools, and templates.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle processes, including scope, timelines, milestones, change management, and reporting.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on new technologies and their implications on operations.
Lead project status meetings and prepare high-quality status reports for executive audiences.
Drive consistency in project execution across IM/IT portfolios and ensure accountability at all levels.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including external vendors and internal cross-functional partners.
Support the advancement of distributed IM/IT systems, including networks, security, and enterprise applications.
Contribute to RFP creation, contract negotiation, and performance oversight of third-party IM/IT service providers.
Oversee budget planning and personnel administration related to IM/IT operations.
