Job Title Senior Manager - HEF Acquisition



What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Hef Acquisition will focus on planning and executing our 3 year road map for leads, dive deep into lead reporting improvements as well as manage key client and prospect research delivering material business insights.

What will you do?

Leads Strategy

  • Responsible for developing end-to-end strategy for digital, referral and switch leads that result in profitable growth through enhanced awareness, efficiency and increased volumes.
  • Strategy includes consideration of customer, value proposition, channel, competition, macro economic factors, product & innovation, marketing, pricing & fees and profitability.
  • Work with Partners (Policy, Credit Strategies, Portfolio Management and & Credit Strategies, Group Risk Management, Legal, Operations, Client Strategies) through impact and influence to design, develop and implement appropriate program strategies, processes, policies and reporting which support the execution
  • Develop reporting with HEF Analytics for leads program with performance management metrics and other measurement criteria.
Client Research
  • Current state includes P&CB research along with HEF led research. Senior Manager will evaluate and identify how best to report and disseminate to inform the business & sales force.
  • Lead for all HEF led research Lost Opportunities, Client Sentiment Tracker, Housing Poll and key liaise with CXDI and Corporate Communications.
  • Actively work with Home Equity Financing Strategic Initiatives to ensure alignment of strategies across existing and emerging channels
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
  • Requires understanding of the operation of Home Equity Financing with direct experience in a front-line sales/ sales management within a financial services sales organization.
  • Must be able to translate this knowledge into strategic design and implementation strategies relating to leads and distribution.
  • Must also have an excellent understanding of business issues and have the ability to make decisions and recommendations in the context of the longer-term strategic objectives of RBC.
  • Key Leadership Competencies include: Strategic Focus, Building Future Capability, Leading Change & Continuous Renewal and Accountability.
  • Requires well developed written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have:
  • Post-secondary degree with emphasis on Business/Strategic Management.
