Position: Senior Manager, Financial Planning Analysis
Location: North York
Job Type: 7-month contract, hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop strategic plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts
- Implement monthly rolling cash flow forecasts
Management Reporting
- Enhance internal and external reporting processes
- Produce standard weekly/monthly reports and support FP&A tool transition
Business Partnering
- Provide analytical perspectives for strategic decisions
- Develop strategic business partnerships
People Leadership
- Hire, develop, and inspire a highly qualified team
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability
Ad Hoc
- Leverage technology for streamlined processes
- Execute ad hoc analytical projects
Qualifications:
- Education: Post-secondary in Accounting/Finance (MBA or Masters preferred)
- Experience: At least 7 years in FP&A, including 4+ years managing a team
- Certifications: Recognized accounting accreditation [CA/CMA/CGA/CPA] Mandatory
